How to start the new company in peach-tree software:

I want to start the new company . open the peach-tree software  show the following screen.

Start new company click on “Set up a new company”. Show the following screen.

In this screen show the introduction new company setup. Show some bullets point fill in next steps. Click next option fowling page open.

In this page fill company information. Fill company name: Address line 1: address line 2: city, state, zip: country name: telephone number: fax number and all option fill. Click the next button show the following.

This page show the following chart of accounts. In my company I create own accounts then I select option “built your own company” and click the button next. Show the following.

In this page show the accounting method select the Accrual method and click the next option.

Show the following.

The page show the posting method selects the “Real time” option. The click next option and following page show.

This page show the Accounting periods. I select the 12 month option and click the button next. Show the following.

In this page enter data the start of year, first year entering data and click option next. Show the following.

This page shows the Congratulation, you have completed the required information for setting up a Peachtree accounting company.
