Maintain inventory

Open the peachtree software and open the existing company. Click in the maintain option show in the tool bar following window appear:

In this window inventory information are enter.

Click in the customer field following option is appearing:

In this window customer field information is enter.

Click in the history option following window appear:

Enter the information in this window and save it.

Select the assemblies option then next two options are available and fill the information in this options and save it.

Open the peachtree software and open the existing company and click in the option maintain

And following list is appears:

Click in the option vendor following window will appear:

Enter the vendor ID and the name of vendor and fill the general information in the option general.

Click in the purchase default following window appear:

In this window purchase default information enter.

Click in the customer field option then following window is appearing:

In this window customer field information is enter.

Click in the history option following window is appear:

In this window customer history information enter and then save it.

Maintain customer/prospects

Open the peachtree software and open the existing company following window is appear:

Click in the option maintain following option is appear:

Click in the first option following window appear:

In this window customer ID enter and the name of the customer and GL account in the general option.

Click in the sales default following window appear:

In this window enter the sales default information.

Click in the payment default following window is appear:

Enter the payment default information in this window.

Click in the option customer field following window appear:

In this window customer field information is enter.

Click in the history option then following window appear:

Enter the information customer history in this window and save it.
